Mentorship
Helping athletes manage eating disorders so that they can perform at their best, while feeling confident in their bodies, is a rewarding practice. In the world of sport or performing arts, it can also be challenging. Having worked in the field for over 10 years, Alexia and Jodie are well equipped to help you manage those challenges. Mentorship programs are available for both dietitians and psychologists, offering ongoing support and education to help you thrive in your practice.
SUPERVISION GROUPS
Our supervision groups are an intimate and confidential space to share and exchange with other practitioners. Groups will consist of sharing and conceptualizing cases, learning new skills and tools, and discussing how to adapt treatment to best serve the athlete population. Stay up to date on the guidelines for best practices in the field
