This training will help you recognize the red flags present when someone has an eating disorder and give you the tools to know how to address the problem, intervene effectively and find professional help when needed.

  1. Understand the causes of eating disorders in athletes
  2. Recognize the signs and symptoms of an eating disorder in an athlete
  3. Learn when and how to intervene effectively, and which professional is best suited for the initial intervention.
